NICK SALONITES
Executive Director
Nick, a Northern California native, graduated from Jesuit High School College Preparatory in Sacramento, CA, where he was a two-sport varsity athlete and founded the school’s first student entrepreneurship club. He was an active member of his YAF & TPUSA high school chapter. He went on to attend Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

During his four years at Liberty, Nick was actively involved in various political, entrepreneurial, and fitness pursuits. He competed on the LU Triathlon Team, served on the executive board of LU’s Young Americans for Freedom (YAF) chapter, actively attended TPUSA national events, worked on Glen Youngkin's successful gubernatorial campaign, completed a summer of door-to-door sales, and gained experience at a SaaS startup for nonprofits. Nick also founded X Creators Group (XCG), a community for young Christian entrepreneurs, artists, and innovators, and launched the LU MURPH Challenge, a veteran charity event, during his senior year.

Nick is passionate about ultra-endurance running, extreme sports, surfing, media production, and is venturing into the tech startup space with BuddyAI.

JACOB BULL
Chief Operator
Jacob Bull, a native of Lancaster, NY, graduated from Lancaster High School, where he was a two-sport varsity athlete. He is currently a Senior at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, where he is pursuing a degree in Government: Politics and Policy and a minor in Pre-law.
Throughout his time at Liberty, Jacob has been deeply involved in academics and extracurriculars. He was a member of the nationally ranked moot court team and served as an associate justice on the student court. As the Business Manager for the Undergraduate Law Review, he worked closely with fellow students to advance legal scholarship. Jacob also led as President of the 2024 LU Murph Challenge, a veteran charity event, and interned with both the Cellino Law Firm and the America First Policy Institute. During his internship at AFPI, Jacob contributed to the Center for American Security and the China Policy Initiative.
Passionate about pushing boundaries, Jacob lives by the mantra "Going One More," striving to exceed limits in all aspects of his life. Outside of academics, he is a fitness enthusiast, aspiring legal advocate, and entrepreneur. Jacob's diverse experiences have shaped his aspirations to combine his passion for law with his drive to make a meaningful impact in his community and beyond.

Jacob Bull
Gian Castillo, a native of Bergen County, NJ, with deep Dominican roots, is a Liberty University graduate and now serves as the university’s Executive Director of Business Relations & Communications. He leads value-driven partnerships with national business and government leaders, including overseeing the annual CEO Summit, which gathers over 500 Christian CEOs and business leaders. Gian worked closely with Nick Salonites to advocate for and provide staff support to champion Liberty University’s inaugural Murph Challenge, the event that sparked the creation of Never Surrender USA. Inspired by its mission of championing faith, fitness, and the enduring principles of American exceptionalism, Gian remains dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders through strategic collaboration and visionary leadership.
