NICK SALONITES
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nick, a Northern California native, graduated from Jesuit High School College Preparatory in Sacramento, CA, where he was a two-sport varsity athlete and founded the school’s first student entrepreneurship club. He was an active member of his YAF & TPUSA high school chapter. He went on to attend Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
During his four years at Liberty, Nick was actively involved in various political, entrepreneurial, and fitness pursuits. He competed on the LU Triathlon Team, served on the executive board of LU’s Young Americans for Freedom (YAF) chapter, actively attended TPUSA national events, worked on Glen Youngkin's successful gubernatorial campaign, completed a summer of door-to-door sales, and gained experience at a SaaS startup for nonprofits. Nick also founded X Creators Group (XCG), a community for young Christian entrepreneurs, artists, and innovators, and launched the LU MURPH Challenge, a veteran charity event, during his senior year.
Nick is passionate about ultra-endurance running, extreme sports, surfing, and media production.
Lexi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Never Surrender USA, where she leads strategy, partnerships, and operations to advance the mission of building a healthier, stronger, and more freedom-minded generation.
A graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration and Data Analysis, Lexi brings a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development. She has worked across real estate, consumer brands, AI startups, and national nonprofits, as well as in PR and marketing for political figures, national companies, and content creators. Through this experience, she has developed a strong ability to scale operations, lead strategic initiatives, and drive meaningful community engagement. Lexi is passionate about building movements that unite culture, fitness, and purpose, and is deeply committed to cultivating the next generation of disciplined, mission-driven leaders.
Outside of her work, Lexi enjoys running, working out, and exploring God’s creation. A former competitive gymnast, she is driven by discipline, a love for growth, and a passion for taking on new challenges.

MARTY MOCS
DIRECTOR OF EVENTS
Marty serves as the Director of Events of Never Surrender USA, where he leads the planning, execution, and growth of experiential wellness and fitness events.
An immigrant from Europe pursuing the American Dream, Marty’s journey is rooted in resilience, faith, and a relentless drive to build something meaningful. A graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration, he is a former Division I ice hockey player who went on to play professionally. Through his athletic career, he developed a deep understanding of discipline, perseverance, and high-performance environments—principles he now carries into his work in business and leadership.
In addition to his role with Never Surrender USA, Marty works as a real estate agent and investor, where he has built a strong foundation in relationship-building, negotiation, and market strategy. His diverse experience across athletics, real estate, and event leadership allows him to create and execute impactful initiatives that foster both personal growth and strong community connection.
Marty is passionate about building environments where individuals can challenge themselves physically and mentally while growing in purpose and discipline. He is driven by a commitment to wellness, faith, and creating opportunities that bring people together.
